Welcome Winter

  Hello all friends, the October Release  Picket Fence Studios is here and I have some inspirations to show you. Today I start with this card, an oval wreath with a beautiful cardinal, how about that?

To make it, I used the set  Welcome Winter Wreath  For the base, I embossed the card with the  Falling Snowflakes Stencil. and created a card shaker. I used Sequin Mix Vintage Bulbs
